Gionee is not a company to forget it’s roots, the Chinese company portfolio spreads across high-end to mid-range and entry-level devices. Little wonder an entry-level device has been spotted on TENAA with the moniker – Gionee F103L.
Moving to the Gionee F103L specs, it sports a 5-inch IPS capacitive display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) resulting in a pixel density of 294ppi, we are looking at a plastic polycarbonate body build and Angelic White is the only colour option to choose from (that doesn’t need choosing tho).
Under the hood, it is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz (likely from Mediatek) paired with 1GB of RAM, 16GB space of internal storage and a microSD card slot which accepts up to 128GB cards.
On the back, the Gionee F103L has a 8MP camera and on the front, there is a 5MP camera for selfies. The device doesn’t seem to have a fingerprint sensor but it has a FM Radio as well as 4G LTE (TD-LTE), Bluetooth, micro USB 2.0, GPS and Wi-Fi connectivity options.
The device measures 143.0 x 70.3 x 7.9 mm in dimensions, weighs 134 grams, has Dual SIM slots, runs Android 5.0 Lollipop OS and a 2400mAh battery is packed along to provide the necessary drive. Even though the Gionee F103L specs are known, there is still no word on pricing but a sort of official announcement is expected soon.
