A new smartphone from Gionee believed to be the successor of the Gionee F103 – the F105 has been certified in China by the Chinese certification and regulatory authority – TENAA. The 5-inch sized device doesn’t deviate much from its predecessor and will arrive in both Gold and White colour options.
According to the listing which has the Gionee F105 Specs; it sports a 5-inch IPS display with (1280 x 720 pixels) HD resolution and a pixel density of 294ppi. It has a metal looking body build but no glass back, measures 144.0 x 71.3 x 8.1 mm in dimensions and weighs 155grams in size.
Under the hood, it is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz (Mediatek MT6735 SoC) with Mali-T720 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 16GB built-in storage space and a microSD card slot for additional storage space up to 128GB. The main snapper is a 8-megapixels camera with LED flash while the front snapper is a 5-megapixels camera.
The Gionee F105 supports 2G, 3G & 4G LTE networks as well as standard connectivity options such as Bluetooth, USB, GPS and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. It has Dual SIM slots, runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box with Amigo UI ontop and is backed by a 2400mAh battery.
