Gionee has officially announced the Gionee Marathon M5 Lite (Gionee M5 Lite) smartphone; the 5-inch sized device is the latest entrant to the company’s Marathon series and a Lite variant of the Gionee Marathon M5 with a big capacity battery (6020mAh).
The Gionee Marathon M5 Lite packs a 4000mAh Li-Po battery which should provide up to 450 hours (2G)/up to 400 hours (3G) on standby time and up to 33 hours (2G)/up to 19 hours (3G) of talk time.
It sports a 5-inch 720p HD display, powered by a quad-core Mediatek MT6735 processor with 3GB of RAM and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with Amigo 3.1 UI. For photography, there is a front facing 5-megapixels camera and a rear facing 8-megapixels camera.
