Taiwanese company, Hannspree has announced a new maxi-tablet – the Hannspad SN14T72B. The tablet succeeds the Hannspad SN14T71B which was released late in 2013. The tablets are dedicated to multimedia usage whether at home, at commercial sectors and public spaces.
The Hannspree Hannspad SN14T72B is a much more upgrade to its predecessor in terms of the simple but elegant design, better tech specs and it now weighs less than 1kg despite its 9mm thick brushed metal body build.
Moving to the specs, it sports a 13.3-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) FullHD IPS capacitive multitouch display, powered by a quad-core CPU Rockchip RK3188 processor clocked at 1.6GHz with a Mali-400 graphics. Handling tasks is 2GB of RAM and there is 16GB space of internal storage on the tablet.
On the rear, there is a 5MP camera, a 2MP camera on the front and a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB. Connectivity options on the Hannspad SN14T72B includes – Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and mini HDMI port. The tablet comes with Google Play store onboard; has 2 – 1W speakers located at the bottom, 3.5mm audio jack and microphone.
The Hannspad SN14T72B Maxi-tablet measures 326 x 215 x 9 mm in dimensions, weighs 0.94kg (940 grams), runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS and is backed by a 8000mAh battery. This is the first time we are hearing of the Hannspree Brand but Europeans (at least Italy) has been enjoying their products for a while.
