US based company, Haus Technologies has announced a new midrange smartphone – the Haus Omega LTE. The device is manufactured by China’s TCL mobile communications because it is basically a repackaged – TCL Meme Da 3S (or TCL 3S M3G) smartphone.
Moving to the Haus Omega LTE specs, it’s sports a 5-inch IPS OGS display with a resolution 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD), a pixel density of 443ppi and the body has anti-fingerprint coating.
Under the hood, it is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.5GHz with Adreno 405 GPU, 2GB RAM and 16GB native storage space.
The main camera is a 13MP rear facing snapper, a front facing 8MP camera with wide angle lens for selfies and for additional storage, there is a microSD card slots for storage expansion up to 32GB.
Connectivity options on the device includes – Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Dual Band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and 4G LTE (LTE Cat.4).
Running Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, the Haus Omega LTE measures 139.6 x 69.6 x 8.9mm in dimensions, has Dual Micro SIM card slots and is backed by a 3000mAh battery which not only contributes to the thickness but also assures up to 2 or 3 days of usage.
