Russian based brand, Highscreen has announced a new smartphone -the Highscreen Bay in its home country. The sleek looking phablet-sized device measures 7.2mm thin, comes in some distinct colour options (White, Black, Gold, Silver) to choose from and is priced at RUB 15,990 (US$ 225 or EUR 207).
