The Highscreen ICE 2 is a pretty interesting smartphone coming out of Russia. The device itself is not a powerhouse but it has a moderate specs and of course the highlight is the notification monochrome display the device has on its rear.
Asides the backscreen notification display, the Highscreen ICE 2 sports a 4.7-display 1280 x 720 pixels IPS LCD display, supports Dual SIM functionality, runs Android 4.4 Kitkat Out-of-the box and packs a 2500mAh battery. There is a 13MP Sony IMX214 CMOS camera on the back and a front facing 2MP camera.
It is expected to powered by a 1.7GHz MediaTek MT6592 processor with 1GB of RAM, a microSD card slot and 16GB of internal storage. Connectivity options includes – WCDMA, GSM, Bluetooth 4.0 and Wi-Fi.
According to reports there would be various colour option for the Highscreen ICE 2 but so far we have only seen the Black or Grey like colour option. The device has a stock UI, measures 8.7mm in thickness whilst also weighing 135grams and it finally comes with a $260 price tag.
