Chinese OEM, Hisense has a new lower midrange smartphone in the works, the Hisense C20 as it is known is an upcoming device from the company that has passed certification on TENAA in China. There is no word yet on pricing and availability.
Moving to the specs, the Hisense C20 features a 5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (FHD) and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 415 processor clocked at 1.4GHz with Adreno 405 GPU, 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage space.
The 5-incher has a front facing 5MP camera for selfies and video chats, the main camera is a 13MP camera with flash and there is a microSD card slot for adding more storage up 32GB/64GB. Connectivity options include – Bluetooth, WI-Fi, GPS, microUSB 2.0 and 4G LTE/3G HSPA+.
Measuring 144.0 x 72.1 x 8.6mm in dimensions and weighing around 140 grams, the Hisense C20 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box, has Dolby Audio and IP67 certified for dust proof and water resistant. The device is expected to be backed by a 3000mAh battery and should be available in different colour options including Gray and Gold.
