Hisense C30, A1 and E76 Specifications Review

Although this slipped through our radar, we have just received new Intel on new Hisense smartphones released at the IFA 2016 in Berlin. The devices are the Hisense C30 with rugged features, Hisense A1 with Dual cameras on the rear and the metal-clad Hisense E76 with Fingerprint Sensor.

All three use a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, support 4G LTE connectivity and pack a 3000mAh battery, however, ‎the C30 and E76 run Android Marshmallow OS while the A1 run Android Lollipop OS.

Hisense C30

Starting with the Hisense C30 which arrives with an elegant body design, sturdy frame amd improves on the specs of the Hisense C20 announced at the IFA 2015. It‎ is IP68 Certified (dust proof and water resistance – up to 1.5m for at least 30 mins) and is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection.

Hisense C30 - Hisense A1 and Hisense E76

The C30 sports a 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) FHD IPS display, supports 4G LTE networks and backed by a sizeable 3000mAh battery. It is ‎powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor paired along with 3GB of RAM, 32GB built-in storage space which is expandable up to 128GB.

The rest of the Hisense C30 specs includes 16MP main camera, front 5MP selfie camera and Stereo speakers.

Hisense A1

Sporting a Dual Rear camera setup and front camera with good angles for selfies, the Hisense A1 is one for camera enthusiasts. It has two 13MP rear cameras with Dual LED flash and a front facing 5MP camera. For enhanced security, there is a Fingerprint sensor embedded into the home button.

Powered by the 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor clocked at 1.5GHz, the A1 sports a 5.5-inch AMOLED display with Full HD screen resolution, 3GB of RAM, 32GB built-in storage space, microSD card slot (up to 128GB cards) and 3000mAh battery with Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0.

Hisense E76

The Hisense E76 completes the trio with a chic metal unibody design, 2.5D Ergonomics display with rounded edges and rear placed fingerprint sensor, which can be customised to perform other functions asides unlocking the device. It sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display and backed by a 3000mAh battery.

The rest of the Hisense E76 specs includes – 1.4GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB built-in storage, 13MP main camera and 5MP camera.
