Huawei also re-announced the cheapest member of the HONOR 20 series family – the HONOR 20 Lite. The device has the same 32MP (f/2.0) selfie camera with AI beautification as the HONOR 20 and HONOR 20 Pro but is based on the Kirin 710 12nm octa-core processor paired with GPU Turbo 2.0, 4GB of RAM and 128GB built-in storage (expandable up to 512GB via microSD).
The HONOR 20 Lite sports a 6.21-inch Full HD+ LCD display with 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 90%+ screen-to-body ratio, TÜV Rheinland certification and waterdrop notch screen design. Photography is handled by an AI triple camera setup with 24MP (f/1.8) shooter with AI scene recognition, 8MP (f/2.4) super wide-angle shooter with 120-degree ultra-wide-angle lens and 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor.
The device has a micro USB port, rear fingerprint sensor, 3.5mm headphone jack and supports facial recognition. It comes pre-loaded with EMUI 9.0 (based on Android 9 Pie), not Magic 2.1 UI like the other HONOR devices and depends on a 3,400mAh battery (with no mention of fast charging). It is priced at EUR 299 in Europe and GBP 249.99 in the UK. It is already on sale and comes in Black, Blue and Purple colours.
