HTC has announced the Desire 510, the latest from the company’s desire series with 4G LTE. The device is the first smartphone from HTC a 64-bit processor based on ARMv8 architecture. The device initially surfaced online as the HTC A11.

The HTC Desire 510 features a 4.7-inch FWVGA (854 x 480 pixel) resolution display. The device is powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 360 GPU. Thus making it the first phone announced to feature Qualcomm’s new entry-level chip based on ARM Cortex-A53 technology. It has 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and a microSD card slot for expansion.
On the rear is a 5MP camera with no Flash and a front facing VGA camera. Other specifications includes – Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS+GLONASS, DLNA, GSM/WCDMA/EDGE/2G networks and runs on a 2100mAh battery. The device runs on Android4.4 Kitkat OS with HTC sense UI ontop which includes Blinkfeed and supports HTC’s Dot View Case.
