AT&T started selling the HTC Desire 610 in July; and now the same device in the form of the HTC Desire 612 which US Verizon Wireless would carry. The Desire 612 would be available by on Verizon by October 9th.
The HTC Desire 610 and the Desire 612 both differ in Display size, the former features a 4.7-inch 540 x 960 pixels resolution qHD display but the latter is coming with a 4.7-inch 720p resolution HD display. Other specs of the device remains the same on the device.
The HTC Desire 612 is basically the Desire 610 with a better body build and 720p HD display
The device is said to be powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor with Adreno 305 graphics, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of inbuilt storage, a microSD card slot (up to 128GB), 8MP rear camera with LED flash, 1.3MP front facing camera, dual front-facing stereo speakers and a 2040mAh battery.
The HTC Desire 612 measures 143.1 x 70.5 x 9.6mm, runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS with HTC Sence 5.5UI ontop.
