Ever since (and even before) the launch of the HTC One m9 there has been speculation on several smartphones expected to be announced by HTC. One of such device is the HTC One E9 which has been spotted several times supposed to be codenamed HTC A55. However a new twist has developed in the story, the HTC A55 which has been spotted is now expected to be the HTC One E9+.
The HTC One E9+ (HTC A55) is very similar in specs to the HTC One M9+ but it has a plastic body. It’s specs includes a 5.5-inch Quad HD display, powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6795 processor with 3GB of RAM, 32GB space of internal storage, Android 5.0 and 20MP main camera like the One M9.
While the HTC One E9 (HTC A53) would sport a display size around 5-inch or thereabout with Full HD resolution, 13MP main camera, Android 5.0 Lollipop OS
HTC also has another device in the works which is the HTC A50AML which is said to be a new desire smartphone. It is known internally with the codename – CM650 and is powered by a MediaTek MT6752M processor. Other specs details includes – 2GB of RAM, 16GB space of internal storage, Android 5.0 Lollipop OS.
The new desire smartphone is expected to sport a 13MP back camera and depending on the region it could sport either a 4MP Ultrapixel front camera or front facing 13MP camera.
There has been speculation that these device would launch in March but so far we haven’t seen any go official. We just have to keep our fingers crossed on these ones.
