HTC One (M8) Dual-SIM Model Launched in Select Markets

Taiwanese Smartphone Giants, HTC has launched the Dual-SIM variant of the flagship HTC One M8 in Germany on July 3. The company recently announced the Dual-SIM HTC Desire 516 and the HTC One E8 which was acclaimed to sell 50,000 units in 15 minutes.

“If a smartphone is as good as the HTC one (M8), then it leaves all other solutions behind. With the HTC one (M8) Dual SIM can now capitalize on the market for various mobile phone contracts each the best smartphone. This means that no one on the way waive its incomparable HTC boom sound speakers or have to settle for less than the groundbreaking Ultra Duo pixel camera,” said André Lönne, Vice President Central Europe & Turkey, HTC.

The HTC One M8 Dual Sim features the already known Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 series quad-core processor with Adreno 330 GPU, 2GB RAM, 16GB/32GB (expandable up to 128GB), 2600 mAh battery and runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat OS With Sense UI ontop. Added to the already premium HTC One M8 is additional SIM slot (Dual SIM) and also features the seamless metal-Clad metal Zero-Gap uni-body design.

The HTC One M8 has been only announced for select European markets – Germany, Austria and Switzerland for a price tag of €799 (around N178,000 in Naira); however the availability of the device in other markets including African markets has not been announced.
