HTC is preparing to bring the One M9+ smartphone to EU countries; there is no exact timing but we will see the HTC One M9+ launch in Europe between July and September.
HTC One M9+ will hit EU markets in Q3. It will be available in Germany, Italy, Russia and some other Western/Eastern EU countries…

The smartphone which was available only in the Asian market would now be available in Germany, Russia, Italy as well as some other western and eastern Europe countries. There is however no information of the pricing.
HTC announced the One M9+ smartphone in April, the device came with a fingerprint sensor, uses the MediaTek Helio X10 processor and is the first smartphone from the company with a QHD display. Handling proceeding is 3GB of RAM and there is 32GB space of internal storage for files and It sports a 5.2-inch display with a pixel density of 566ppi.
The HTC One M9+ uses a Dual rear camera setup, the rear camera is a 20MP f/2.2 Toshiba made snapper and the front camera is still the 4MP Ultrapixel snapper. It boots Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with HTC Sense UI and is backed by a 2840mAh battery.
Compared to the HTC One M9 and the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810’s overheating issues, the One M9+ doesn’t have any issues like that as it uses a MediaTek processor. The HTC One M9+ and HTC One E9+ are both available unofficially in the US; both devices sell for $799 and $499 respectively on Amazon.
