The rate at which leaks are flying confirms HTC would definitely a smartphone (maybe smartphones) and a smartwatch at the CES 2015. The next flagship device – HTC One M9 (Hima) is expected to debut but we now have another info talking about the HTC One M9 Plus.
The HTC One M9 Plus is expected to be a more advanced/phablet version of the One M9. The specs and details are revealed by a tipster @leaksfly along with some images. The device is expected to feature a 5.5-inch Quad HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB of RAM, fingerprint Scanner and dual rear camera.
The supposed One M9 Plus could turn out to be the One M9 itself but it could also turnout otherwise. It employs a fingerprint scanner on the home button; the signature Duo speakers has been left with only on on the top along with the front camera and sensors.
HTC One M9 Plus comes with a Duo Camera setup similar to what the One M8 sported, here there is a 20.7MP on the back and an additional secondary camera. The front camera could be a 13MP camera sensor like that of the HTC Desire Eye. Borrowing a leaf from the One M9, the Plus could also run on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with HTC Sense 7.0 UI ontop and could pack a 2840mAh (or higher) battery.
Now that we know HTC is readying two variants of its flagship for launch; a normal version with Full HD display and 20.7MP camera and another version with Quad HD display and Duo Camera makes its comeback. All this would become clear by March 1st 2015.
