As the MWC 2015 is quietly drawing nigh, more and more leaks of the HTC One M9 (HTC Hima) has been everywhere. It is already known that HTC is ready to oust the One M9 but there has been talks of a more phablet version i.e the HTC One M9 Plus (HTC Hima Ultra).
New leaks from LaptopMedia has brought a more detailed information about the camera build of the One M9. The device is expected to feature a dual 20.7MP camera sensor on the back and a 4MP front camera with HTC’s Ultrapixel technology (similar to that found on the HTC Desire 826).
The Dual camera setup on the rear can be likened to that used on the HTC One M8 and would also sport a Dual-Tone Dual-LED flash.
The HTC One M9 is expected to feature a 5-inch Full HD display, powered by the 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor with Adreno 430 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 32GB space of internal storage. It would run on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with Sense 7.0 UI on top.
The HTC One M9 Plus is expected to feature a 5.2-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) display and it would be powered by two chipset version; the Qualcomm snapdragon 810 and another from MediaTek. It would also run on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with HTC Sense 7.0 UI and has a physical home button which incorporates the fingerprint scanner.
Other features of the One M9 Plus includes – BoomSound speakers, Bluetooth 4.1, VoLTE, 3GB of RAM, 32GB space of internal storage and packs a 2840mAh battery. It definitely has the same camera setup as the smaller One M9.
HTC has a ‘Utopia in Progress’ event scheduled for the beginning of March which could see the One M9 and One M9 Plus debut or it could end up being just one of them. The countdown begins.
