The upcoming mini variant of HTC One M8 and successor to the HTC One Mini has again surfaced online in a new press rendering. This new smartphone has been rumored to be the HTC One Mini 2.

Last week thursday, famous tipster @evleaks in a tweet suggested that instead of the HTC One M8 mini the One Mini 2 would be released by HTC.

According to sources, the HTC One Mini 2 is expected to sport a 4.5-inch display with 720p resolution, 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400, 1GB of RAM, Bluetooth 4.0, 16GB internal storage with micro SD support. The One Mini2 won’t be having duos camera but it will feature a 13MP rear camera with single LED flash instead of the 4MP ultra-pixel camera.
The device which would run on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat with the newest HTC sense 6.0; is expected to be available in Grey, Silver and Gold colours. The One Mini 2 could be out as soon as this month or early next month, so we don’t have to wait too long for its announcement.
