The HTC One X10 is the latest smartphone from the Taiwanese company’s One Series. The 5.5-inch device is packed in a thin and durable metal case, and combines outstanding photo shooting capabilities along with a lasting 4,000mAh battery which should last almost two days of mixed usage.
Pre-installed with Android Nougat OS with HTC Sense UI, the HTC One X10 sports a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD Super LCD 3 display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a pixel density of 401ppi. It has a rear-mounted multi-functional fingerprint sensor and Dual Nano SIMs.
On the inside, the device is powered by an octa-core Mediatek Helio P10 processor paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage space (expandable further up to 2TB via microSD). Connectivity options onboard include – 4G LTE (Cat. 6), Bluetooth 4.2, Dual Band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, microUSB 2.0, DLNA, Miracast and GPS/ GLONASS.
Photography is handled by a rear facing 16MP camera with PDAF, f/2.0 aperture and 1080p Full HD video recording, along with a front facing 8MP wide-angle selfie camera with f/2.2 aperture. The Superior Pro Mode promises to make the camera simpler and convenient to use.
The HTC One X10 also comes pre-installed with HTC Boomsound and Boost+ to optimise the device’s performance, avoid unnecessary consumption and further extend battery life of the device. It is already on sale in Russia on the company’s online store and leading mobile phone stores for RUB 19,990 (USD 356). Black and Silver are the available colour options.
