HTC Preview Program allows Consumers give opinions on Upcoming Software And Devices

Following a disastrous calendar year, HTC is already planning ahead for 2016 and beyond with a new consumer focused program called HTC Preview. The taiwanese company is hoping to receive opinions and feedback directly from the end user on upcoming products and innovations.

First of all, signing up for HTC Preview includes a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and the program doesn’t guarantee all participant instant access. The program however has the mantra of providing the latest HTC products and innovations to select registered users for testing long before it is available to the general public.

The sign-up process is simple and takes about 5 – 10 minutes to complete and HTC will ask a series of questions including what phone is being uses and what activities the phone is being used for. Users of HTC smartphones will be required to provide their IMEI no and choice of carrier to be able to recieve early software updates for testing.

The HTC Preview program is available at first in the US and the participant must be on one of the four largest carrier (either AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile or Verizon). It will eventually extend to additional carriers soon and will go cross-continent to Europe as well as Asia. Rules may differs from one region to another.
