Huawei and its Honor sub-brand recently unveiled two new smartphones – the Huawei Enjoy 10 Plus and Honor 20S. Both smartphones have a triple-camera system including a primary 48MP sensor, however, the Enjoy 10 Plus uses the Kirin 710F chipset and depends on a large 4,800mAh battery with 10W charger while the Honor 20S has the Kirin 810 chipset and packs a slightly smaller 3,750mAh battery with 20W fast charger (the Honor 20 supports 22.5W fast charging).
Huawei Enjoy 10 Plus
The Huawei Enjoy 10 Plus is fitted with a fancy 16MP (f/2.2) pop-up selfie and a triple rear camera setup which consists of a primary 48MP (f/1.8) sensor paired with 8MP (f/2.4) wide-angle-camera and 2MP (f/2.4) depth-sensing camera. It has a large 6.59-inch FHD+ FullView display, rear fingerprint sensor, USB Type-C 2.0 port and 3.5mm audio jack.
The Enjoy 10 Plus will arrive in four colour choices: Black, Blue, Green and Orange colours. The 4GB + 128GB model cost CNY 1,4999, the 6GB + 128GB model sells for CNY 1,799 and the top 8GB + 128GB model costs CNY 2,099.
Honor 20S
Huawei also released the Honor 20S as a cheaper variant of the Honor 20. Most of the features remain the same, however, the processor has changed from Kirin 980 (7nm) chipset to a slightly less powerful Kirin 810 (7nm) chipset and the rear camera setup retains the 48MP (f/1.8) primary sensor paired with a smaller 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and 2MP macro camera.
The company has done away with the 2MP depth sensor and video recording max-out at 1080p @30fps. The smartphone has a 6.26-inch FullView display with a punch hole which houses the 32MP selfie camera, side-mounted fingerprint sensor and comes with either 6GB or 8GB RAM with 128GB storage. Pricing starts at CNY 1,900 for the 6/128GB model and CNY 2,200 for the 8/128GB model.
