Huawei has announced a big-capacity battery smartphone into the Nigerian market called the Huawei G Power a.k.a Huawei Y6 Pro. The 5-inch sized device is very similar to the Huawei Enjoy 5 (China) and Huawei Honor Holly 2 Plus (India) with minor differences.
The Huawei G Power is backed by a 4000mAh Li-Polymer battery with fast charging and also supports reverse charging i.e it can serve as a power bank for charging other mobile devices via USB OTG. The device can last up to 24 hours in idle mode with just 10% battery charge and up to 3 hours of talk time with 10 mins of charge.
The device has a rear facing 13-megapixel camera camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash; and a front facing 5-megapixel camera with 84-degree wide angle lens for selfies. It sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display and powered by a 64-bit quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz.
The Huawei G Power packs 2GB of RAM, 16GB built-in storage space, microSD card slot (up to 128GB)and boots Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with the company’s Emotion 3.1 UI ontop. It will be exclusively available from Jumia Nigeria and while pricing is yet to be announced, interested clientele can pre-order it.

Big ups to Jumia… I am finally gonna discard my Innjoo i1s for the Huawei G Power.
This cannot be my daily driver but I would like to have the device as my backup phone and also as my main phone. The Huawei G Power (Y6 Pro) rocks.
