Thailand-based i-Mobile, a subsidiary of Samart Group, has announced a new entry-level 4G smartphone in its home country, called the i-mobile i-STYLE 812 4G. The device is Bilingual (supports Thai and English) and will arrive in Pink and White colour options. There is no word on pricing.
Running Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box, the i-mobile i-STYLE 812 4G is powered by a quad-core Mediatek MT6735M 64-bit processor clocked at 1.0 GHz paired along with ARM Mali-T720 GPU, 1 GB of RAM, Dual SIM slots and 8 GB built-in storage space.
For additional storage space, there is a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32 GB. The device sports a 5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA LCD capacitive touchscreen display, measures 145 x 73.4 x 9.8 mm in dimensions, weighs in at 181 grams and is backed by a sizeable 3000mAh Battery, which should last up to 2 days of usage or more.
In the camera segment, there is a rear facing 5 MP camera with LED flash and a front facing 2 MP camera for selfies and video chats. The i-mobile i-STYLE 812 4G supports 2G, 3G and 4G LTE (Cat. 4) networks as well as Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, micro USB and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n connectivity options.
