Popular Indian brand, iBall has commenced sales of its new 360-degree convertible laptop with touch screen display – the iBall CompBook i360. Launched in partnership with Intel and Microsoft, the i360 has a rotatable hinge that allows it function in four modes – Laptop, Tablet, Tent and Stand.
Pre-installed with Windows 10 OS, the iBall Compbook i360 has a 11.6-inch multi-touch IPS display with 1366 x 768 pixels screen resolution and the 10,000mAh battery on-board promises up to 8.5 hours of usage. It measures 297 x 202 x 17 mm and weighs in at 1.25kg.
The i360 relies on a quad-core Intel Atom X5-Z8300 processor clocked at 1.4GHz (burst speed up to 1.84GHz) paired along with Intel HD Graphics 5300 GPU and 32GB built-in storage space (expandable up to 64GB via microSD). Connectivity and port options available include – Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, 1 x USB 2.0, 1 x USB 3.0 and mini HDMI Port.
The iBall CompBook i360 is also equipped with a front facing VGA (0.3MP) camera, built-in keyboard with trackpad, Dual Speakers and 3.5mm combo jack for headphone. It is available in a single colour option of Vogue Soft Gold and pricing starts at Rs. 12,999 (US$ 191).
