Even though the iBall Slide WQ32 is the first Windows related device (a Windows 8 Slate actually); the company has announced its first Windows Phone smartphone this week – the iBall Andi 4L Pulse.
Over 50 different brands utilised the opportunity which arose as a result of the dropping of OS licenses fee charge by Microsoft for phones and small tablets; iBall happens to be one of them.

The iBall Andi 4L Pulse is not officially listed on the company’s website but is already available from retail outlets in India for Rs 4899 ($78). Microsoft recently launched the Nokia Lumia 638 in India recently which is one of the cheapest 4G LTE Windows phone around ($130).
