India-based, iBall has introduced a new voice calling Android tablet under the slide series – the iBall Slide 3G Q45i. The 7-inch sized device comes with Dual SIM slots, support 3G connectivity and 21 regional languages. It is available in Blue colour only for a price tag of Rs 5999 (USD 89).
Running Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, the iBall Slide 3G Q45i sports a 7-inch IPS display with screen resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and a pixel density of 170ppi. It relies on a 64-bit quad-core Intel Atom x3 processor clocked at 1.00GHz with 1GB of RAM and 8GB built-in storage space.
For additional storage space, there is a microSD card slot for storage expansion (up to 32GB). In the camera segment, there is a rear facing 2-megapixel camera with LED flash and a front facing 0.3-megapixel (VGA) camera. Connectivity options on the iBall Slide 3G Q45i includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG, GPS and 3G.
While the battery capacity is not stated, the tablet supports Cast Screen technology which allows the user mirror whatever is on their display to external sources like TVs and Monitors. There is also the Talk Back Accessibility feature for the visually impaired users.
