iBall has announced a new Android OS based voice calling tablet – the iBall Slide Avonte 7; the slate stands out with a rotating camera and supports cellular connectivity. It is available for Rs 10,999 in Blue colour option only from both Online and Offline stores in India.
Moving to the specs, the iBall Slide Avonte 7 sports a 7-inch multi touch IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It is powered by a quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with 1GB of RAM and 16GB native storage. For additional storage, there is a microSD card slot for expansion up to 32GB.
The slate has a rotating 13MP autofocus camera with LED flash which makes it acts as both the front and rear camera. Connectivity options available includes – Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth and voice calling support thanks to 3G HSPA+ connectivity. It also has FM Radio with recording.
Running the now dated Android 4.4 Kikat OS, the iBall Slide Avonte 7 has Dual SIM slots and is backed by a rather small-ish 2800mAh battery. Like many iBall mobile devices, it also has support for 9 regional Indian languages and allows for writing as well as reading in 21 different Indian languages.
