The Hisense Magic Mirror aka Hisense F6281 was one of the tablets showcased at the IFA 2015 in Berlin. The tablet initially surfaced as the Hisense Vidaa Mirror and is expected to sell for a price tag starting at CNY 1799 ($283) for the base 16GB model in China.
The Hisense Magic Mirror has all of its magic in the premium looking beautiful design, the slate has an incredible 90% screen-to-body ratio and noticeably one can’t help but notice that the bezels around the device are so narrow so it would want proper handling with care. The body is made from metal and the only colour option seems to be Gold.
Running a Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with minimally customised UI, the Hisense Magic Mirror sports a 8.4-inch (2560 x 1600 pixels) WQXGA laminated display resulting in a pixel density of 360ppi. Under the hood, it is powered by a Rockchip 3288 processor with 2GB of RAM and available in either 16GB or 32GB built-in storage options.
Measuring about 199 x 121 x 7.1mm in dimensions, the tablet weighs about 280 grams, derives power from a sizeable 4580mAh battery and for good audio experience there is Dolby Audio system plus Dual speakers grilles on the back.
