Cubot has announced a slightly improved version of the Z100 which was launched back in January this year. The Cubot Z100 Pro comes with more memory (3GB RAM) compared to the 1GB on the original model but appears to still run Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
Housed in a Black or White coloured CNC gloss metal frame with, the Cubot Z100 Pro sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD OGS IPS display with 2.5D curved glass, measures 143.9 x 71.5 x 8.0 mm in dimensions and is backed by a 2450mAh Lithium Battery.
On the inside, it relies on a Quad core Mediatek MT6735P 64-bit processor clocked at 1.0GHz along with Mali-T720 GPU and 16GB built-in storage space (expandable up to 128GB via microSD).
The Cubot Z100 Pro has Dual SIM slots, supports 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks, as well as Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, On the Go (OTG) and GPS/A-GPS connectivity options. It also supports HotKnot and Gesture V2.0 Features (WakeUp and Air Control 2.0).
In the camera segment, there is a front facing 8MP snapper with 88-degree wide angle lens and intelligent beauty for Seflies and Video chats while the main camera is a 13MP snapper with AutoFocus, 4P lens, ƒ/ 2.0 aperture and 0.5 A LED flashlights.
