Infinix Mobility has announced its latest budget focused ‘Hot series’ smartphones, the Infinix Hot 5 and Infinix Hot 5 Lite. Maintaining the rear patterend design, the duo sport a quad-core Mediatek processor clocked at 1.3GHz and boots Android 7.0 Nougat OS with XOS 2.2 on top. On-board storage stand at 16GB (expandable up to 32GB via microSD) and power is supplied by a long lasting 4,000mAh battery.
While the duo lack 4G LTE connectivity; the Infinix Hot 5 packs 2GB RAM and fingerprint sensor while the Infinix Hot 5 Lite has 1GB RAM and skips the sensor. Photography is handled by a rear 8MP AF camera with 1.12μm pixels and a front facing 5MP FF camera with Soft Light Flash and 1.4μm pixels.
