Infinix has launched the Infinix Hot Note 2GB – the 2GB RAM version of the power packed Infinix Hot Note. The device costs around N25,500 and is available from Jumia Nigeria, various microstations and SLOT outlets in Abuja, Ibadan, Lagos and Port Harcourt.
The Infinix Hot Note 2GB features a 5.5-inch HD display, powered by an octa-core Mediatek MT6592 processor clocked at 1.4GHz paired with Mali 450 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB space of internal storage. Those needing additional storage, there is a microSD card slot available which accepts up to 32GB cards.
On the rear, there is a 8MP AutoFocus camera with LED flash and a front facing 2MP FixedFocus camera with 75-degree viewing angle for either selfies or video chats. Connectivity options on the device includes – 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Hotspot and Micro USB.
Measuring 156 x 77.88 x 8.9mm in dimensions, the Infinix Hot Note 2GB weighs 172 grams and runs Android 4.4 Kitkat OS but is upgradable to Android Lollipop OS. Another highlight of the device is its 4000mAh battery which provides 2 – 3 days of mixed usage, 21 hrs talktime and 40 hrs music playback time.

The Infinix Hot Note 2GB shouldn’t be mistaken for the Infinix Hot Note Pro which also has 2GB of RAM and runs Android 4.4 Kitkat OS (upgradable to Android Lollipop OS) but with 13MP rear camera and 32GB space of internal storage.
