A couple of week after launching the Innjoo 2, Max 2 and Max 2 Plus smartphones in Nigeria; Innjoo has announced the Innjoo Fire 2 LTE smartphone in the Middle East. The 5-inch sized device will be available in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
The not-so successor to the Innjoo Fire is housed in a full metal body build and sports a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS LCD display. It is powered by a quad-core Mediatek MT6735P processor clocked at 1.0GHz with 8GB Built-in storage, 1GB of RAM and a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 128GB.
Connectivity options on the Dual SIM enabled Innjoo Fire 2 LTE includes Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, micro USB 2.0 and 4G LTE (LTE Cat.4). In the camera aspect, there is a front facing 5MP camera for selfies and a rear facing 13MP AutoFocus camera with LED flash. It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and is backed by a 2800mAh Lithium Polymer battery.

The Innjoo Fire 2 LTE has gone a step down with just 1GB/8GB memory and storage compared to the 2GB/16GB combo on the Original Fire smartphone. The device is expected to retail exclusively to Souq.com for AED 299 (USD 81) in the UAE and SAR 299 (USD 80) in Saudi Arabia. It will arrive in three colour options – Champagne Gold, Titanium Grey and Rose Gold.
