Innjoo has added a new Windows OS based tablet into the Nigerian market and would be as usual available exclusively to Jumia. The tablet in question is the Innjoo Leap 3 which runs on Windows 8.1 OS and when it is closely examined with the Innjoo Leap and Innjoo Leap 2, you will find so many similarities in terms of specs.
The innjoo Leap 3 Windows Tablet sports a 8.0-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) HD IPS TFT-LCD OGS display. A rather small 1GB of RAM is on-board for handling tasks and 16GB of internal storage is available for usage; more storage can be added up to 64GB via a microSD card slot. Since Microsoft OS optimises hardware configuration, the 1GB of RAM is expected to perform it duties smoothly without lags.
Under the hood, the device is powered by a quad-core Intel Bay-Trail T-CR Z3735G processor with Intel HD Graphics. The camera combination of 5MP rear camera and 2MP front camera is expected as you are not expected to rely mostly on your slates for taking selfies or photos.
The Innjoo Leap 3 has no cellular connectivity, thus it only has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. It measures 211.5 x 130.4 x 9.2mm, weighs 365 grams and is backed by a 4500mAh Polymer battery. As expected Microsoft apps such as Office 365 and Skype are included too.
There is no word on pricing yet but the tablet would surely be available via Jumia in Nigeria due to their ongoing partnership. According to some sources the Innjoo Leap 3 Price in Nigeria is expected to start from N22,000 ($110). Gold, Black and White are the expected colour options.
