A new tablet from Foresight Manufacture, the company behind the iNo brand, has gone on sale in its home country – Singapore. Priced at SGD 138 (~ USD 95), the iNo Tab 7 arrives with a plastic body build, entry-level features and comes pre-installed with the long dated Android OS version – Lollipop.
The iNo Tab 7 relies on a quad-core Mediatek MT8735M 64-bit processor paired clocked at 1.3 GHz along with ARM Mali-T720 MP2 GPU for graphics and sports a 7-inch TN LCD display with 1024 x 600 pixels (WSVGA) screen resolution. It packs 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB built-in storage which is expandable via a microSD card slot.
For imaging, there is a rear facing 2 MP camera with LED flash and a front placed 0.3 MP (VGA) camera making video calls and the two-bit selfies. The slate packs Dual SIM Card slots, supports 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks, and while not stated, it should be able to handle making voice calls.
Connectivity and port options includes – Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3.5 mm audio jack and micro USB. The iNo Tab 7 is backed by a 2500mAh battery which should last some hours of usage.
