One of the Dirt cheap Windows 8 tablet from China, the Insignia Flex is set to be available in the US for a $99.99 price tag. Similar tablets in the same range includes the Toshiba Encore Mini and the HP Stream 7 which both cost the same price as the Flex tablet.
Moving to the full specs, The Insignia Flex Windows tablet features a 8-inch WXGA TFT LED touch screen with 1280 x 800 resolution display, powered by an Intel Atom Z3735F quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, microSD card slot, WiFi, Bluetooth, 2MP front & rear cameras, HDMI output and runs on the 32-Bit verson of the Windows 8.1 OS.
Like most low-cost Windows tablets, the Insignia Flex comes pre-loaded with free 1year subscription to Microsoft Office 365 Personal and Microsoft apps + services which includes – OneDrive and Skype.
