Intex has announced its latest budget 4G smartphone in the Aqua series – the Intex Aqua Power 4G. The 5-inch device has a large capacity battery (3800mAh), comes with Matrabhasha services that enables communication in 21 regional languages and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
Priced at Rs. 6399, the Intex Aqua Power 4G sports a 5-inch IPS display with (1280 x 720 pixels) screen resolution and a pixel density of 294 ppi. It measures 145.4 x 72.7 x 8.99 mm in dimensions, weighs a hefty 160 grams and arrives in Champ Golden and Deep Blue colour options.
On the inside, it is equipped with a 64-bit quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor clocked at 1.0GHz paired along with ARM Mali-T720 GPU, 1GB of RAM and either 8GB or 16GB built-in storage which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD. The device has Dual SIM slots and comes pre-loaded with apps such as Clean Master, Saavan, Opera Mini and Intex services.
In the camera segment, there is a rear facing 8MP camera with LED flash and a front facing 2MP camera for selfies and video chats. The Intex Aqua Power 4G supports 2G, 3G and 4G LTE networks as well as Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It is expected to last up to two days of battery life.
