Almost everyday we get a new leak coming from the Cupertino giant’s stable but this time around it is not the widely expected Apple Watch or the long rumoured Apple iPad Pro; rather it is the iPad Mini 4. The slate is said to bring a faster processor and Wi-Fi.
Popular Japanese Apple Blog, Mac Otakara has stoked the rumour flames again with some details off the next generation iPad Mini. After taking sticks for announcing the iPad Mini 3 with little or less upgrade over its predecessor; using the same processor and Speed with the only addition being the Touch ID and Gold colour option. Apple is expected to announce the iPad Mini 4 sometimes around May which would break the full year cycle release.
The Apple iPad Mini 4 would see the with Apple A8 processor replace the A7 processor and 802.11ac Wi-Fi replace the 802.11n Wi-Fi. The device is also claimed to come with lightning connector which the company is looking to push to all its iOS device lineup. However the source claim the rumour is not fully certain; the device might or might not be display at the Apple Watch event which is happening tomorrow.
Apple is expected to announce a refreshed Macbook series and is expected to give more detailed information on features and pricing of the Apple Watch at the Spring Forward Event. Whether Apple has other devices in stall for us we do no know yet.
