Malaysian based firm, IPRO Mobile has announced a new midrange phone – the IPRO Sight Silver. The phablet sized Android Lollipop OS rocking device is selling for a price of MYR 799 ($210) and comes in Black, Gold and White colour options.
Going over the specifications, the IPRO Sight Silver is powered by a 64-bit Quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor clocked a 1.5GHz and sports a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixel (HD). The SoC is paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB space of internal storage onboard.
Handling photography on the device is a rear facing 13-Megapixels camera with LED flash and a front facing 5-Megapixels camera for selfies as well as video chat. Below the rear-faced main camera sits the fingerprint scanner for improved security which is reminiscent of the Huawei Ascend model smartphones.
Connectivity options on the IPRO Sight Silver includes – 4G LTE (LTE Cat. 4 – upto 150Mbps download speed), Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, micro USB and GPS. The device has Dual SIM slots with Dual standby and a microSD card slot for storage expansion. As mentioned earlier, it runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and is backed by a decent 2500mAh Li-ion battery.
