Itel-Mobile is one of the less known brands in Nigeria and has a couple of smartphones and tablets to its name. The Itel it1507 is the latest offering from the company in the market and it is pretty low-end just as its predecessor – the Itel it1506. It costs
N21,000 on Jumia Nigeria.
Admittedly, the itel it1507 has a full metal unibody which makes it good looking but the specs is far from that. It sports a 5-inch IPS display with a very poor 854 x 480 pixels (FWVGA) screen resolution, quad-core Mediatek processor clocked at 1.3GHz, 512MB of RAM, 8GB built-in storage space and packs a microSD card slot which supports up to 32GB memory cards.
For photography, there is a 8-megapixels rear facing camera with LED flash and a front facing 2-megapixels camera for selfies. It is equipped with Dual SIM slots, supports 2G and 3G networks as well as Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and Micro USB port.
The Itel It1507 measures 144 x 72.5 x 8.5mm in dimensions, weighs less than 150 grams, runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box and is backed by a 2100mAh battery. It also has power saving mode and should last less than a day of usage.
