Shenzen-based Chinese brand, Jumper, which doubles as an OEM or ODM, has two recently released tablet – the Jumper EZpad 5s and Jumper EzBook 2 in the market. Both slates take their design inspirations from the more popular Microsoft Surface Pro Line by the former and Macbook Air by the latter.
The Jumper EZpad 5s is a 2-in-1 Windows 10 tablet with 11.6-inch Full HD display, aluminium metal body build and a sizeable 8500mAh battery. It relies on an Intel Atom x5-Z8300 Cherry Trail processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB built-in storage which is expandable up to 128GB via a TF card slot.
The slate has a kickstand at the rear, rear 5MP and front 2MP cameras, built-in stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, 2 x USB 2.0, 1 x USB 3.0 and HDMI. It measures 299 x 185 x 10 mm in dimensions, weighs a bit over 900g and comes with a detachable keyboard (sold separately).
The Jumper EzBook 2 on its part looks like a cheaper Macbook Air version although it runs Windows 10; it sports a 14-inch Full HD display, measures 346 x 229 x 17.6 mm in dimensions and weighs 1.18Kg. It is powered by a 10000mAh battery which is estimated to provide up to 6 hours oof video playback time.
