Karbonn Titanium Wind W4 Windows Phone 8.1 Smartphone Goes Official

Earlier this year, Karbonn, Lava, Xolo, Micromax, ZTE, Lenovo and several others were announced as partners with Microsoft and the announced companies were said to all have a Windows Phone smartphone in works. In line with this agreement, XOLO announced its first Windows Phone devices – Xolo Win Q900s in July. Micromax also entered the fray prior in June with the Canvas Win W121 and the Canvas Win W092. The Karbonn Titanium Wind W4 runs on Windows Phone 8.1 OS and supports Dual-SIM functionality as well as 3G connectivity.

The device features a 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) WVGA display, powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with 512MB RAM, 4GB of internal Storage and a microSD card slot for expansion. Other features includes – 5MP rear facing camera, front VGA camera, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and 3G connectivity.

The Karbonn Titanium Wind W4 costs Rs 5999 ($98) and would be available in Red, White and Black colour options to choose from. The device is available exclusively on Amazon India (Amazon.in).
