Kazam went all out at the MWC 2015; the company announced Windows phone and tablets; low range, midrange and also a high-end smartphone. The high-end smartphone announced is the Kazam Tornado 552L.
The Kazam Tornado 552L sports a 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD AMOLED display, runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop and measures 5.5mm thin in body dimensions. The device is powered by a n octa-core 1.7Ghz MediaTek MT6752 processor with 2Gb of RAM and 16GB space of internal storage.
Other specs features includes – 4G LTE, 13MP Sony IMX214 sensor, a 2750mAh battery, 8MP front facing camera, LED notification light, FM Radio, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Due to its very slim body, a microSD card slot is missing but the device’s is the most high end device from the company and is well designed too.
Kazam Tornado 455L
The company also announced the Kazam Tornado 455L which a mid-ranger in the class of it specs. It sports a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display and has Gorilla Glass on the front and rear. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, 16GB space of internal storage, 2GB of RAM and a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
The Tornado 455L measures 6.9mm thick, runs Android 4.4 Kitkat OS, a 2600mAh battery, and IP67 rated for dust and water resistance. The camera combination on the device are – 5MP front camera and a 13MP main camera with Sony BSI sensor and dual LED flash.
The Kazam Tornado 552L and Tornado 455L is expected to be launched across Europe. There is no word on pricing for both devices; but additional release information is expected to be available soon.
