KDDI-bound LG Isai Vivid LGV32 is the LG G4 for Japan

Japanese Carrier, KDDI has announced the LG Isai Vivid LGV32 which could be said to be the LG G4 for Japan as the most of the specs are the same but the leather back option is obviously not available. It is expected to sell through the carrier later this month in Champagne, White and Black colour options. Pricing details is unknown.

Moving to the specs, the LG Isai Vivid LGV32 sports a 5.5-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) Quad HD IPS Quantum display, powered by an hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 MSM8992 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB space of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot on-board for storage expansion (up to 128GB). 

On the rear is a 16MP CMOS sensor with f/1.8 aperture, phase detection autofocus and Optical Image stabilisation. The camera also takes RAW images; and the front facing camera is a 2.1MP unit. Connectivity options on the device includes – NFC, Dual Band (2.4GHz and 5.0GHz) Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, Full Seg TV and also supports voice over LTE (VoLTE).

It supports FDD-LTE, WiMAX 2+ (TD-LTE), W-CDMA, GSM networks. Asides supporting 4G LTE connectivity (LTE Cat.6), it takes advantage of LTE-A on KDDI carrier aggregation of WiMAX 2+; maximum download speed is estimated between 225Mbps  and 220Mbps. 

The LG Isai Vivid LGV32 is IP6X and IPX5/IPX7 certified Dustproof and Waterproof, Single SIM (Nano SIM) support, runs on Android 5.1.x Lollipop OS, measures 150 x 76 x 10.3mm in dimensions, weighs 150 grams and is backed by a 3000mAh battery.
