Australian based, Kogan has announced an own-branded smartphone called the – Kogan Agora 6 Plus. The smartphone is marketed as a premium device which should rival devices like the Samsung Galaxy S7, while we doubt that, the device does has a number of high-end features and the price – $349 plus delivery, is one of the key selling points.
With shipping is expected to start by June 29, the Kogan Agora 6 Plus comes with a 5.5-inch FHD display along with octa-core Mediatek Helio P10 processor along with 3GB RAM, 4G LTE connectivity, and NFC. It also packs a fingerprint sensor, Dual SIM slots, a rear facing 21MP camera, 2950Mah Battery and run Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
Commenting on the launch, Product Manager at Kogan, Russell Proud said; “This is the best smartphone we have ever made. Our customers have been crying out for us to include the same features as the high end smartphones for a reasonable price. The look and feel of the phone is second to none for this price point. We think this will compare very well side-by-side with the lauded Samsung Galaxy S7, but for around one-third of the price.”
