The Lava Xtrom Mega is the latest Android tablet from the Indian Brand; it comes with a 10.1-inch display, packs mid-range specs but disappoints by running the dated Android 4.2 JellyBean OS.
Talking about the specs, the Lava Xtrom Mega sports a 10.1-inch Multitouch IPS display with a (1280 x 800 pixels) resolution. It is powered by a quad-core Actiom ATM7029B processor clocked at 1.3 GHZ with 1GB of RAM and 16GB space of internal storage. There is a microSD card slot for storage expansion (up to 32GB).
It has Dual SIM support with Dual standby; connectivity options on the slate includes – HDMI, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB 2.0. There is a front facing VGA camera and 2MP main camera on-board.
There is no detailed information on the SIM support or if it would support 3G connectivity. The tablet would be available in Black colour option only but there is no details on pricing yet.
