Leagoo has started selling the Leagoo Elite 5 in Malaysia; the LTE-Enabled Android Lollipop OS running phablet with sizeable battery capacity is priced at MYR 699 Malaysian Ringgits (about USD157) in the country. Available colour options are Black, White and Yellow.
Moving to the specs, the Leagoo Elite 5 features a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels (HD) and a pixel density of 267ppi. Under the hood, it is backed by a 64-bit quad-core Mediatek MT6753 processor clocked at 1.0GHz with 2GB of RAM and 16GB space of internal storage.
The phablet uses a front 8MP camera for selfies, a rear facing 13MP camera with Flash and there is a microSD card slot for expansion up to 32GB. Connectivity options on the device includes – Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, USB OTG and 4G LTE (LTE Cat.4 – up to 150Mbps download speed).
The Leagoo Elite 5 runs a Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, has Dual SIM slots with Dual Standby, measures 154.6 x 77.0 x 8.9mm in dimensions, weighs 176 grams, and is backed by a 4000mAh battery. Due to the ample sized battery, it can last up to 3 days of usage on a single charge and can be used as a power bank for charging other devices.
