Leagoo has unveiled a new affordable smartphone with dual rear cameras – the Leagoo M7. The entry-level device is aimed at those on a tight budget but want to join in the dual camera experience. This model is backed by a 3000mAh battery, which keeps the lights on for about a day of usage.
The Leagoo M7 has rear facing 8MP + 5MP AF cameras with 4P lens, dual LED flash and f/2.2 aperture to capture OSLR-worthy photos. The FotoNation feature promises a wide range of capture modes for fun shooting more than Beauty and Panorama modes. There is also the Child and Night modes.
Housed in a 7.9mm thick metallic chassis with 2.5D Arc round edge, the M7 has a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection, 1.3GHz quad-core Mediatek MT6580 processor, 1GB of RAM and 16GB built-in storage (expandable up to 256GB via microSD card).
Measuring 156.1 x 77.9 x 7.9 mm and weighing in at 173.9 grams, the Leagoo M7 has a front facing 5MP camera for selfies & video chats and front fingerprint sensor. It supports only 2G and 3G networks, and boots Android 7.0 Nougat OS. No word yet on pricing and availability.
