Following the launch of the Leagoo S8 and S8 Pro, the Chinese company is set to release the Leagoo T5c, a budget version of the already launched Leagoo T5 with dual rear cameras and 4GB RAM. The mid-ranger inherits the all-metal unibody design, dual rear cameras and fingerprint sensor (home button).
The Leagoo T5c retains the 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) FHD SHARP IPS display and packs 3,000mAh LG battery with 5V/2A fast charging. It relies on an octa-core processor clocked at 1.8 GHz (Mediatek MT6750T) paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage (expandable via microSD).
The smartphone is equipped with a primary 13MP camera with Samsung sensor paired with a secondary 2MP camera with OV sensor. The size of the front camera is not stated but we expect 4G LTE connectivity support, 3.5mm headphone jack, and Leagoo’s UI on top the version of Android available.
According to sources, the Leagoo T5c will be priced affordably at US$ 129.99 when it goes official. It is currently in mass production and is expected to start shipping on December 5.
