China-based LeEco (formerly LeTV), the company behind the first Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 powered smartphone is planning to release a new smartphone under the company’s LeEco branding – the LeEco Le 2.
The LeEco Le 2 Specs has surfaced thanks to a couple of live pictures and it looks to be the direct successor to the LeTV Le 1s and LeTV Le One. The phablet-sized device has a full metal unibody build synonymous with most devices from the company and very slim bezels on the front facing panel.
It is expected to be powered by either the Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 or the Deca-core Mediatek Helio X20 MT6797 processor along with 4GB of RAM. The main camera is a 21-megapixel snapper with LED flash and the fingerprint scanner can be found just below it.
The Dual-SIM enabled LeEco Le 2 uses the USB Type-C port for charging and connectivity purposes; and the battery capacity should be in the 3000mAh range (& above). The device which should support 4G LTE connectivity, has two grills on both sides of the port below which means it could have two speakers or just one speaker and the other a mere design.
