Leaks: LG G4 (LG-H818) Certified by Indonesian Postel

We know LG already the successor for the G3 smartphone in the works; the LG G4 skipped the MWC 2015 but is expected to launch around April or May 2015. A certain variant of the LG G4 (LG-H818) which has been spotted via UAProf on the official website, has been certified by Indonesian Postel which is equivalent to the FCC in the US.

The LG G4 (LG-H818) is said to be the G4 for Asia; it is expected to sport a 5.5-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) QuadHD display, powered by an Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor (64-bit) with 3GB of RAM. The device would use the 20MP rear camera and 5MP front camera combinations. The last thing we know for now is it is going to have Android 5.1 Lollipop OS installed from the onset.

LG is also reportedly working on a phablet sized G4 Note to rival the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The LG G4 Note or LG G Note Series is expected to debut towards the second half of 2015 and would come with Digital Stylus pen for sure. One can only wonder what LG has in store for with its new phablet sized offering as the company’s previous attempts at a phablet nice weren’t that successful (remember the G Pro Series and the VU).
